Georgia Woodlands Railroad, established in 1988, is a 17-mile short line railroad operating between Washington, Georgia, and a connection with CSX at Barnett. It has been owned since 1992 by OmniTRAX, Inc. of Denver, Colorado. The railroad’s offices are in Washington.

For most of the line’s existence it was a branch of the Georgia Railroad.
