Louisville & Wadley Railway

The Louisville & Wadley Railway was incorporated in 1961 to purchase the 10-mile Louisville and Wadley Railroad from the Central of Georgia.

In 1971, the section of track from Louisville to Gibson Junction was abandoned. The remaining 2 miles from Wadley to Gibson Junction remained in operation.
