Riceboro Southern Railway Operating on former Seaboard Air Line Railway tracks in coastal Georgia, the 33-mile Riceboro Southern connects the Interstate Paper mill at Riceboro (Liberty County) and the CSX line near Richmond Hill, south of Savannah. These tracks were once part of Seaboard's main line through coastal Georgia. Riceboro Southern is now a part of Rail Link, a subsidiary of Genesee & Wyoming.   Georgia's Railroad History & Heritage.
