Statesboro Depot The former railroad depot on Vine Street in Statesboro is now occupied by a local business. Statesboro was on a branch of the Central of Georgia, as well as a branch of the Georgia & Florida. Statesboro (pop. 29,399) is the county seat of Bulloch County in southeastern Georgia.
