McQueen's Island Rail-Trail A 6-mile section of Central of Georgia's long-abandoned Savannah-Tybee Island line was converted to a bike trail in the early 1990s. Access and parking are off U.S. 80 near Fort Pulaski, between Savannah and Tybee Island.
